Since Fundación Germán Sánchez Ruipérez was founded almost thirty years ago, one of its most important activities was to help families to reinforce reading as a constant habit always present in the home.
When a few years later its Centro Internacional del Libro Infantil y Juvenil (International Centre of Children´s and Young Adults´ Literature) was opened in Salamanca, this line of work became fundamental. The team of this center has been specialized in providing tools to parents to read at home in order to sow a seed of love for reading that lasts forever. We have summarized our tips to encourage reading within the family environment into six keys that should unlock the door to reading for your children.
The Foundation has had the good fortune to count on Arnal Ballester in this effort. He has created the beautiful animation that we are introducing here,as an example of creativity that will certainly circulate soon among many digital channels.
Arnal Ballester, who won the Spanish National Illustration Award 2008, is one of the most innovative and prestigious Spanish graphic artists of the moment.
